“QUALITY – For Sustainable Future” is a biannual magazine initiated by the Department of Industrial Quality Management of the Faculty of Built Environment and Spatial Sciences, Southern Campus, General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, Sri Lanka with the aim of ensuring active and continuous engagement with the industry to update industry professionals regarding industrial and service quality management. Each volume of the magazine contains thought-provoking articles provided by industry experts and specialized academics, who share their insights on building a quality-centric culture, establishing robust quality management systems, and driving continuous organizational improvements.
