A guest lecture on Digital designing was conducted by the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Built Environment and Spatial Sciences, KDU-Southern campus on 01st of April 2023 from 08 am at Design Studio 01 via Zoom. The lecture was themed as “Using Digital Media for Cutting Edge Design” and the content of the lecture was focused on curating an insight into digital design specifically for the architecture students. Thilanka Chandrasekara, PhD was the guest speaker and he currently serves as an Associate Professor at the Department of Design, Housing and Merchandising, Oklahoma State University, USA. This interactive session was attended by the students of Intake 38 from the Department of Architecture and staff members of the department. Lecture was organized and coordinated by Archt. Associate Professor Dr. M Nishan Rasanga Wijetunge with the support of Dr. AH Lakmal – Dean, Faculty of Built Environment and Spatial Sciences and Archt. MLNH Premarathna – Head, Department of Architecture.
