Conference organized by General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University was successfully held at
the KDU Southern Campus on September 26 and 27 . This event was conducted under the Faculty

of Built Environment and Spatial Sciences forum of the KDU IRC 2024. Professor Saman Yapa, from
the Department of Decision Sciences at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, served as both the
keynote speaker and the technical session chair, making a significant contribution to the success
of the event. During the session, several research papers focusing on emerging topics in quality
management as well as property and investment management were presented.
