On 9th October 2024, Intake 40 students of the Department of Industrial Quality Management embarked on an insightful industrial visit to INTERFASION PVT LTD, a prominent
garment factory in Nuwara Eliya specializing in manufacturing garments for export markets. The visit provided students with valuable exposure to the large-scale manufacturing
processes, as resource persons and experts from various fields within the factory led informative sessions, blending theoretical knowledge with their practical experiences. This
hands-on experience deepened the students’ understanding of industrial processes and quality management applications in industries.
